A Shiny Gold Star for ME! (5/10/08)

I rarely have a "perfect" diet and fitness day...

  • I drank all my water
  • I had all my dairy
  • I remembered by vitamins
  • I got in my walk
  • I ate the right number of calories
  • I ate all my fruits and veggies

(I didn't count the sample size mini-turtle that I got at "Fresh Market")
