My son said this reminded him of "Vlad the Impaler" - but it's really a sculpture from the Chihuly exhibit at Meijer Garden a couple of years ago.

This is a photo from June of 2008 and was somehow marked "private" on the blog. I was walking on the mountain and this guy was laying in the middle of the trail. He let me get really close before he even twitched.
