It’s official…

Here's the photo

I weighed in on the wrong day, so I can't weigh again for nearly 2 weeks (3/17). But...this week...nice loss...very nice...I lost 7 3/4 pounds. And (I resist giving my weight - guess what, I'm fat) I now officially reside in onederland.

  1. Oh my! What did you do this week to lose that much? I've had 2 pretty rough weeks. I think I've hit a plateau and I am really desperate to figure out what I need to do differently.

  2. Gina, one word: Core. I struggled for 2 months, and this was my first week on core.

    I think I'll stay there for while.

  3. I haven't tried core becuase I am have always been concerned with being able to discern when I am satisfied. Having struggled with eating disorders, I am afraid to trust my body's internal gauge. However, if I don't lose more this week, I may have to give it a shot.

  4. I'm having the same trouble with discerning my hunger levels - but they said that sometimes it takes a couple of weeks to get the hang of it. I thought this week I'd try Flex, using mostly Core foods and I've bumped back up a little bit, so I'm back to Core.

    My problem is appetite, not hunger - and eating for the sake of "munchies". And that's just habit.
