That makes it really irritating when my son doesn't appear to be making much of an effort to...well...pass.

Congrats. I just found out that I made the Dean's list too. If all goes well, I hope to graduate this summer. Although, at this point I don't know how I am going to do that with my work schedule. It is really frustrating to be so close and yet so far...

Just so you know momma GRCC has a new policy saying pre college classes are restricted to early college students because GRCC is not there to teach highschool students highschool classes. So i cant take MA 003. and i need to know if you called to find out if i need my highschool transcript bewfore i go to make myself a degree seeking student because if i do i dont know how to get it and thats why i wanted you to help me i have no idea what to do.

Honey, all you have to do is exactly what I told you to do. You have to go to the counselor's office and fill out the form to "degree seeking student" and state a major (general ed is ok). No, you don't need your transcript.
We'll talk about the math when I get home and we'll talk about the zoo later - I want to see the manta rays.
