2010 Goals and Objectives – Flexibility and Joint Health

GOAL:  keep joints, bones and flexibility young and healthy.

Objective: Take all the right supplements

  1. CoQ-1-
  2. Glucosomine
  3. calcium

Objective: Take care of myself

  1. Stay on track for 38 visits to chiropractor and massage therapy
  2. do "Praise Moves" 5 times per week.
